How to rock your boyfriend clothes! Dirty Velvet review.
Don’t you sneak to wardrobe, to steal your boyfriend clothes like favorite large shirt and wear it all day on your day off? I think we all do that, but would you wear it outdoor? I do that all the time! He totally hates when I do that, as it gets ‘’missing’’ every time he need it! Well, he does steal my comfy socks so we even! When we got him new garments from fab company Dirty Velvet I got little envy! I touched the fabric and I was like; Now we talking! That’s the quality! We got two blouses the Cogs* and the Skeleton Key*! I totally love both. The fabric is supper soft thanks to 100% organic cotton and the inside of the garments is really fluffy fabric that keeps you warm. I love that they also focus in that eco side, and the clothing are made with minimal environmental impact. Cotton used for the fabrics is specially grown without using any pesticides or other chemicals that helps grow plants! Loving that!
Right, do you want to know how much I paid the model (read;the boyfriend) to be able to photograph him? Well, it didn’t cost me real money, just 3 days crying, 2 days threatening and 1 day actually being nice. It worked! I managed to get the guy who hates the front of camera, to actually model for me! Achievement of the year! He does complement well on the blouses and become his favorite garments so he agreed to volunteer in the end!Yay! Let’s rock that boyfriend clothes look.
I wanted to show you that you can wear boyfriend clothes! Especially, if they that amazingly designed with the coolest graphics ever! If you want to wear boyfriend clothes, on daylight and not just as pyjama, I think the best bet is to style the rest in similar way. Oversized longer coat and ripped jeans it’s a must! I have added little famine touches like the lace socks or delicate top with collar. My shoes are kind of special as well here. These are from Country Attire shop and I won them on blogger event that happen last month (Details next week) I think it all worked well, I felt very comfortable and very stylish as well!
My boyfriend, wore it with dark jeans, thick coat and his favorite hat. Cogs blouse has really cool and large front graphic saying ‘’Clothing for Gentleman rebels’’ ,so I didn’t had a choice and I had put my pink head down and give it to my not-the-husband-yet and I opt for myself to wear Skeleton Key one in dark denim colour, which has very nice graphic with cool font and typography. So, Gentleman Rabels label has been rocked by girl rebel, like come on there is no Yorkee here! I eat Yorkee! I wear Dirty Velvet! End of story! Anyone has a problem with that? 😉
