While not all treatments work for everyone, here’s a list of some of the treatments available designed to help with hair loss.

Hair Transplant Route
The most common type of permanent hair loss tends to only affect the top of the head. Pursuing the hair transplant route will make the most the most out of the hair that you have left. There are two types of hair transplants: follicular unit extraction (FUE) and follicular unit transplantation (FUT). The Treatment Rooms have created an in-depth guide into what is an FUE hair transplant and what is involved during the procedure.
Taking Finasteride And Minoxidil
Both finasteride and minoxidil are the primary treatments for male pattern baldness. However, women should not use finasteride, instead use minoxidil as it can be used to help treat female pattern baldness.
For men, the combination of both a daily medication of finasteride with a minoxidil scalp treatment can offer a greater chance of preventing male pattern baldness, and fortunately, in some cases, it has shown signs of reversal. This combination tends to work best during the earlier stages of male pattern baldness, between the ages of 18 and 40.

Laser Treatment For Hair Loss
Laser treatment is a widely accepted procedure that is safe and tolerable. Often referred to as either red light therapy or cold laser therapy, laser treatment irradiates photons into scalp tissues which are then absorbed by the weaker cells which then stimulate and encourages the hair follicles to grow hair. Some of the benefits of this non-invasive procedure does not have any side effects nor is it painful, another bonus is that it increases hair strength.
